Shipping policy

We have a 3-7 business day turn time on fulfilling orders and dropping the package off at post office or any other courier method used.  If our turn times are pushed back for any reason, we will notify you via email.  Crystals and other specimens are fragile, and we will package them very well but if you prefer to pay for mail carrier insurance, please contact us first so we can add the cost to your order before you pay.  Insurance is NOT automatically added to your order, it must be requested prior to you placing your order.
